It is my sad duty to inform you that Secretary-Treasurer Jeff Wiggins’ mother Martha Wiggins passed away yesterday. Shannon was born October 11, 1983 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Vanessa Brinegar and the late Jerry Wiggins.
